Patients with Metabolic syndrome and the general population both bear a heavy burden of thyroid problems.to calculate the incidence of hyper- and hypothyroidism in Mets patients treated at Nimra Cancer Hospital after the fact Research focuses on the prevalence and impact of hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism. Objectives: The aim and objectives to understand the frequency of these conditions and their effects on patients' overall health. The study highlights the importance of early detection and management. By exploring the relationship between thyroid disorders and cancer treatment, this research contributes to the existing knowledge in the field.120 individuals were involved. Methods: Around 120 thyroid patients at Nimra Cancer Hospital randomly observed and data has been collected from patient records and through interviews. Results: The average age was 44.4 156, and there were 50 (41.6%) men and 70 (58.3%) women. 40 people (33.3%) and 80 people (66.6%) had hyperthyroidism, respectively. Conclusion: patients with Mets had a significant frequency of both hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism. Patients with primary hyperthyroidism tended to be older and more often male or female.
